With 69 years behind me, I am still active as an artist.
Over the past 20 years, I have worked with three-dimensional images that combine wood carving with painting, casting in acrylic – and not least: Light.
I have never had it as a profession, but simply been a curious amateur who wanted to develop his skills within an area of art that has never before been tested for communicating thoughts and ideas.
And this journey – if you will – has been a continuous and exciting challenge to my skills as an artist.

So I am completely and utterly self-taught – and never fully trained!
There is always something new to learn!

Its been my luck to be raised in a family where art was a natural and praised activity.
Everyone played instruments, sang, had bands, wrote poems or painted.
In this family you were allowed to develop artistic abilities – they were never criticized, but always challenged.
